Step 1
Initial Conversation
Learn the details of your project and location
Schedule a consult so we can meet one another
You send photographs, inspiration ideas, plans or layouts for your project.
Step 2
Initial Consult
Spend a few minutes getting acquainted then get down to business.
We will have you fill in the details of your project, goals, and vision.
We will answer your questions and ask questions to clarify details.
Review a rough scope of work and provide an anticipated investment range/rough estimate for your project.
Step 3
Design and Development Agreement Agreement - $
Discovery Phase
Obtain basic field measurement and photos of existing building, interior and exterior
Inspect for any visible challenges, direction of framing, load bearing points, condition of drywall and flooring.
Preliminary observation of the existing mechanical/electrical systems in the home.
Create floor plan layouts as well as renderings
Design concepts revised based on owner’s feedback. (two revisions included)
Collaboration with building officials, municipalities and/or engineers as necessary for permitting, zoning or code requirements.
Detailed Design Phase
On-site meeting with mechanical Trade Partners (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) as needed.
Obtain detailed quotes from Trade Partners – so that we get true and specific costs for your project.
A detailed list of the work to be done will be created in our online project management software, Co-Construct as well as a budget and materials list. We will review this proposal with you and your material allowances.
Our Selection Coordinator will assist the client in selecting all materials and specifying all interior and exterior finishes.
Electrical layout and lighting locations confirmed.
Step 4
Construction
After contract is signed, all materials will be ordered. The start date will be based upon the delivery of materials.
A checklist of how to prepare your home and yourselves for construction will be provided to you. Don’t worry we hate dust too.
An appointment will be scheduled for you to meet your Project Lead and have all your questions and concerns addressed prior to deconstruction.
Project lead will update you on a daily basis as well as post pictures on Co-Construct.
The area will be cleaned and organized at the end of each day.
Step 5
Warranty
Not rid of us yet! We will stay in touch on a regular basis for the next 12 months to take care of any issues that may arise.
