Best In Ohio Awards
On November 15th Jim and Connie were in Columbus for the OHBA inaugural. Jim was installed as the 2017 President of the Ohio Home Builder’s Association and is serving a one-year term. The celebration also included the presentation of The Best of Ohio Building & Remodeling Awards. We are ecstatic to announce that Zengel Group received two awards: Best Bathroom Renovation Up to $25,000 and Best Entire Home Renovation Up to $250,000. The Zengel Group was also awarded the Best of Houzz 2017 - Client Satisfaction for the third year in a row. This award is given to those who have the highest level of client satisfaction by the Houzz community.
These are the before pictures from the two projects. The first two pictures show the entry and the sink of the bathroom before the remodel. The other photos show the home before it was remodeled. Pictures show the kitchen, living room, dinette, rear of the house, and front door.
The above slide features the after pictures. The bathroom was redone with a distinct theme, and even featured a wine barrel sink. In the home we created a spacious laundry room, open living room, more storage in the kitchen, and direct access to the backyard. These changes were much needed since the family has four children in grade school.
